The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Within the San Diego area we will try to make arrangements for personal pickup or delivery. Beyond that, Nancy Daniels | Abstract Artist studio will provide shipping rates options to the buyer. Once the buyer agrees to the shipping terms, we will send the buyer a custom shopping cart to process the payment and arrange for delivery.

We highly recommend buyer purchase delivery/shipping insurance and tracking capability. It is at the buyer's discretion to forego those items. Nancy Daniels | Abstract Artist studio is not responsible for any damages, misplaced or missing art items that may result from opting out of insurance and/or tracking.

We hope that every buyer is fully happy with their artwork purchase. If a purchased piece is not as you expect, you have seven (7) days to contact us by email and request a refund. If the return is agreed to, the buyer is responsible for packing and arranging a return delivery (insured and trackable) using the same service it was sent. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund payment within 10 working days, minus the cost of original shipping and handling.
